All return, refund, or exchange requests must be raised within 7 DAYS from the date of delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Returned items will be inspected after receipt
You will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection

5. Damaged or Defective Products (Video Proof Mandatory)
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
Inform us within 3 DAYS of delivery
A clear, unedited unboxing video is mandatory
The video must show the sealed package, full unboxing, and visible damage
Claims without video proof may not be approved. Once verified, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no extra cost.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable
Customized or made-to-order items
Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling
Products returned without original tags or packaging
Damage claims without mandatory video proof
7. Return Shipping Costs
For verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items, return shipping will be covered by us
For all other returns or exchanges, shipping costs will be borne by the customer
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
